Independent blind lab testing — protein content vs. label claim, amino spiking, heavy metals and banned substances.

PASSTrustified Lab

Passed all 6 testing levels; protein on-label, no amino spiking

Trustified blind-tested MuscleBlaze Whey Gold Protein Isolate across 6 testing levels. Protein content measured at 87% (vs 82% claimed), delivering 31.7g per serving (vs 30g claimed) — within acceptable ±10% lab variance. Amino acid profiling showed no spiking. Level 3 (melamine) and Level 5 (aflatoxins: M1, B1, B2, G1, G2) all below detectable limits. Level 4 heavy metals all below detectable limits except cadmium, which was detected but within safe limits. Level 6 pesticides: all non-detected or below limits, with 4 detected pesticides within safe thresholds. Product achieved Trustified certification. Minor concerns flagged: filtration method not disclosed (relevant for isolate-based whey), and scoop mechanism assembly issue noted. Overall, clean and compliant product.

My supplements stack (comments welcome)
reddit

Me right now: 38 yrs old Male Goes to gym 3-4 times a week Job requires me to sit whole day Elevated uric acid Low in vit D Lactose intolerant I also have a scheduled half marathon on May 2026 and Hydrox on the 2nd half of 2026 Quite tired of swallowing capsules AM supplement: Lion's mane + coffee - only if I need some cognitive support. Example I will be busy that day or I feel some brain fog. Noon after lunch Fish oil CoQ10 D3+K2 Multi vitamins TMG After dinner or work out: Whey protein isolate with lactose free milk Blue berry or cherries with Kefir Before sleeping Cherry tart GlyNAC Magnesium Depends on activity or mood Ashwaganda - if stressed. I seldomly take this. This bottle has been with me for a while Citrulline - 1 hr before workout Camomile tea - if mind is still active on sleeping time Skipping creatine on purpose because it ruines my sleep. I'll stick to my anecdotal experience than 'science'. I'll post a different one for this. But maybe will give creatine another try soon. Goals for supplementation: Make my uric acid and vit D in normal levels Keep my blood tests results normal Do normal functional activities - I see many men my age struggling even picking up things on the floor Perform well at work. Learning curve and focus is going down hill as I get older Keep my partner happy *wink. Also going downhill as I get older 🤷 Maybe get pregnant next year

I am looking to try some new supplements! Please Share your favorite brands & products. I will buy some today!
reddit

I use Rule 1 and have also tried every other brand under the sun, but going forward I want to buy from medium sized vendors with products that work and taste great. I want to spend this new year testing our different companies and products that I may not have heard of and also support an honest company made with real products. I currently take whey, clear isolate, creatine, multi, fish oil, a mix of stim and non stim preworkouts depending on what i have on the docket for the day, and some sleep supps! Anyone here with a product they love or a brand they love please let me know so I can dig in! I prefer reddit replies over paid for internet reviews!!! THANK YOU!

Is it Good? - "Leg Day"
reddit

Leg day from nutrabio. Is it really that good, or it's just better to opt for the protein option whey isolate with the FULL amino acid profile. As this doesn't have protein.
